Key Challenges in Developing the EcoRiche Platform
Developing the EcoRiche e-commerce platform involved addressing infrastructure performance and customer journey tracking requirements. The focus was on establishing a reliable environment for handling incoming requests and implementing CRM capabilities to better understand customer interactions.
Managing application requests efficiently was a key technical challenge. To address the infrastructure requirements, we set up a dedicated server environment for application development and deployment, providing a more suitable foundation for handling the platform's workload.
Another challenge was implementing a system to track customer interactions throughout their journey. We integrated Exponea CRM and a tracking system to help the business monitor customer activity and support more informed customer engagement.
